Practice focus: Intercultural leadership; vibrant, thriving organizations, communities, and individuals; legacy consciousness.

Clients: Girl Scouts of America, Microsoft, Marguerite Casey Foundation, YWCA, Boehringer-Ingelheim, Delta Sigma Theta, International Coach Federation, Boeing, MSNBC, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation; Trustee, Cornish College of the Arts.

Also, serves as: president of her own leadership and design company.
