Education: B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University; Masters and Ph.D. in Psychology from Institute of Imaginal Studies (now Meridian University). Original research dissertation entitled, A Hidden Legacy: Re- Imagining Cultural Shame and Uncovering its Transformative Potential

Practice focus: Personal and organizational transformation, personal mastery and leadership practices, emotional competence, high performance teams

Clients: Procter & Gamble, Kimberly-Clark, Royell Manufacturing, Sno-Isle Library System, WA State Public Library Directors , SNBL USA, Laura's Lean Beef, Pepsi-Cola, Everett Community College, Santa Rosa Orthopedics

Also, serves as: president of her own management consulting and executive coaching firm

Peviously: 14 years manufacturing management and senior leadership experience with Procter & Gamble and Pepsi Cola
