Currently: OSR Master's faculty since 2003; runs her own consulting practice for individual, group and organization development
Practice focus: Creation of healthy, high performance work cultures with particular focus on enhancing individual capacity and core group processes
Clients: Over 25 years of consulting experience with government and private sector organizations both locally and nationally
Education: Ph.D. in Applied Psychology at St. Louis University
Interests: Adult development; member of Pangea for Global Change – supporting grassroots community development in the Global South
