Two learning tracks, each with a unique blend of theory and practice, are offered in Seattle:

OSR Master’s program — This two-year, cohort-based program awards a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Design and Renewal from Seattle University. Starting in 2008, new cohorts begin every September.
Post-graduate program — New in 2008, this certification program gives individual practitioners the competencies and confidence to engage with changing organizational systems.
